Wire EDM
F/M EDM has an extensive variety of wire EDM machines that can
accommodate almost any application imaginable. Our years of experience in
machining large parts, extreme tapers, exotic alloys, and the unusual, enable us to
handle the complicated jobs that other companies might be unwilling to accept. In
fact, we maintain that no job is too small, too large, or too complex.
We have the capabilities of cutting most metals
- Tolerances of +/- .0002" can be achieved routinely
- Wire diameters range from .002" to .012"
- Accurate tapers of up to 30 degrees.
- Maximum cutting size: 10" x 16" x 10"
- Maximum workpiece size: 24" x 36" x 10"
